CIBC Holiday Baskets Payment Page

Thank you for your order of a CIBC Holiday Basket!

Please read and follow the instructions carefully before filling out the payment form.

1. Ensure you have your invoice with you, with your total amount and invoice number.
2. Under the "Payment Amount" section of the payment form, input the total amount on your invoice (including tax) in the "Total Amount" field.
3. IMPORTANT: Under the "Billing Address" section, check the box that says "Click here to make this gift from an organization".
4. Under the "Payment Details" section, input your invoice number in the comment field under "Input your invoice number here".
5. Fill out the rest of the payment form as indicated.
6. Click submit.
7. You will receive a confirmation email and your Basket will be shipped to the address indicated on your order form.
