Second Harvest and CIBC present our 2022 Holiday Gift Basket campaign!

Once again, we’re extending the opportunity to CIBC employees to purchase holiday gift baskets for your clients. A portion of your purchase goes directly back to Second Harvest as a donation. Last year, CIBC’s generous donation provided enough food for over 79,224 meals for people in need and averted 297,905 pounds of greenhouse gases from entering the atmosphere. Second Harvest is grateful for donors like you that make all of this possible. We look forward to another successful year!

Email the finished form to Carolyn.Levitt@cibc.com. Carolyn will submit the form on your behalf.
You will receive a confirmation email that your order has been submitted.
You will receive an invoice with instructions and a link to a webpage with a payment form.
Read the instructions carefully before filling out the payment form. Remember to fill out the full amount indicated on the invoice and include the invoice number for reference.
You will receive a confirmation email for your payment.
Your basket will be shipped to the address indicated on your order form.
